Shipping and Handling

We strive to ship your order as soon as we receive it.  If it comes from one of our dropshippers, please allow 3-5 days.  Your purchases may come in more than one package.

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard USPS Ground for all hand tool orders.
• UPS Standard delivery for Proxxon Tool orders. 

Returns

We seek complete customer satisfaction.  If you are not completely happy about your purchase we want to know about it.   We will do everytthing we can to make it right.   The following guidelines apply unless granted special exceptions:

• Items must be returned in resell condition in the original boxes.
• A Return Authorization Form must be filled out and an RA number assigned.  Send an email to support@hobbytoolshed.com for a copy of the form.
• A refund will be made on the purchase price of the item.  Your credit card will be credited or cash payment returned by check.
• You may request an exchange of items and any credit difference will be credited to your credit card or paid in cash.
• On all UPS shipments, if the arriving package is damaged, UPS must be notified prior to opening the package.
• If the item is broken, damaged or does not work, we will also refund your postage and handling charges as a good faith offer.
• Please feel free to call us at 603-289-9280.   Our hours are 8:30-4:30 EST.   If after hours, we will get back to you the next business day.

Privacy

We honor your privacy.  We will never give away, share, or sell your information.  You have entrusted that to us and we will protect your privacy.  We do not keep credit card information on file and use a secure service, VerySign to protect your credit card transactions through our PayPal merchant account. 

We will only email you to confirm your order and shipping information, and if given express permission to email you about special offers and new products.

Security

Your credit card purchases are secured on our website by VeriSign through our PayPal merchant account.

Limited Warranty

The Proxxon power tools will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of Two Years from the date of purchase.  Please contact us for arrangements for defective tools to be returned for replacement or repair.   Damage to the product resulting from tampering, accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs or alterations, unapproved attachments or other causes unrelated to problems with material or workmanship are not covered by this warranty.
