    Although we are new with this line of business, my husband and I have been professionals for over 30 years each. Because our site is newer, we will try harder to gain your trust and serve your needs.

    How do I get parts?

    When your tool is broken down and needs a part or repair, call us and we will get you in contact with the appropriate parts departments.  We will work with you until your problem is solved.

    How do you handle returns?

    We seek complete customer satisfaction.  If you are not completely happy about your purchase we want to know about it.   We will do everytthing we can to make it right.   The following guidelines apply unless granted special exceptions:

    • Items must be returned in resell condition in the original boxes.
    • A Return Authorization Form must be filled out and an RA number assigned.  Send an email to support@hobbytoolshed.com for a copy of the form.
    • A refund will be made on the purchase price of the item.  Your credit card will be credited or cash payment returned by check.
    • You may request an exchange of items and any credit difference will be credited to your credit card or paid in cash.
    • On all UPS shipments, if the arriving package is damaged, UPS must be notified prior to opening the package.
    • If the item is broken, damaged or does not work, we will also refund your postage and handling charges as a good faith offer.
    • Please feel free to call us at 603-289-9280.   Our hours are 8:30-4:30 EST.   If after hours, we will get back to you the next business day.

    What is your product warranty?

    The Proxxon power tools will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of Two Years from the date of purchase.  Please contact us for arrangements for defective tools to be returned for replacement or repair.   Damage to the product resulting from tampering, accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs or alterations, unapproved attachments or other causes unrelated to problems with material or workmanship are not covered by this warranty.
